Lesley Hunter is a professional trainer with particular expertise, and first-hand experience, in developing leadership skills.
After graduating as a microbiologist, she qualified as a teacher working in secondary education then as a senior lecturer in one of the largest Colleges in the UK. Her career further developed during her time at a County Council in the North East of England, with a range of responsibilities linked to teaching, learning and leadership development.
Aged just 33, Lesley left behind the comfort and security of full-time employment to set up her first business, working predominantly with senior leaders in education whilst fulfilling the demanding role of lead inspector of schools. Expanding further with international clients, Lesley's reputation for entrepreneurship and challenging leadership thinking began to take shape.
Since then, she has been involved in the operational development of several business ventures through which she has amassed a wide range of leadership skills.
